My friend got her hair cut into a mullet last week. She called it a "modern mullet." I am not sure if that's an actual style of mullet, but calling it modern doesn't really make it so. She said she used to have a mullet years ago when they were "in style." Is it just me or were they never really a popular hairstyle?
Dislike of mullets aside, I made a blog entry a few months ago wondering whether people cut their own mullets (I'd imagine it's pretty simple and low maintenance) or went to a hairstylist to get this style. No one answered me then, so I asked my friend. She went to a hairstylist to get her mullet. I'm going to behave and not tell you what I really think about that.
